Randy Simmons is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OS Medical Transportation Service LLC, a company dedicated to providing safe, dependable, and compassionate non- emergency medical transportation services throughout Central Ohio. His lifelong commitment to public service, safety, and helping others serves as the foundation of the company’s mission and values.

Before becoming a business owner, Randy built an accomplished career in law enforcement and public safety. He proudly served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office in Washington, North Carolina, where he earned a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to protecting and serving the community. Throughout his law enforcement career, he developed leadership skills, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of serving people during critical moments in their lives.
